Weekly camp also covers types of shooting:

Olympic style target archery, shoot in the field archery roving range,try bare bow with no sites, & learn basic techniques.

Fun Shoots : balloon shoots, animal plate shoots,tic-tac-toe,quick shoots

Advanced classes also cover: Tuning up your form and various techniques including breathing, timing, preparation,finger & string position, getting into "the moment" of the shot, why brace height is important .

Archery Camp; youth ages rising 4th graders (ages 9) and up
Concentrated course covering basics, and suitable for those who have never shot a bow, or those with some previous experience. Class covers: Eye Dominance, Archery safety rules, Warm-up exercises, Archery tackle sized to Archer (all equipment supplied and taught using recurve equipment), Proper shooting techniques -"Basic Steps", Grouping & consistency, scoring.
The focus is on "What happens at the shooting line, controls what happens at the target" If focus and form are correct, the gold will follow.

All safety gear and equipment will be provided. (Bow, arrows, finger tab, arm guard, quiver)
